Simply cannot sleep tonight with all the noise in my heart. This past day was jam packed with the startling reality that I am at the baseline of a business. There always seems to be light at the end of each day but every day also holds a fire needing to be put out. My mind falls back to childhood and playing the game “chutes and ladders” one step forward and you might find yourself two steps back. But then there are days where you scale to the top of a deadline or even surpass your own expectations.
